Threxus is operated by Threxus LLC ("Threxus," "we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you visit threxus.com, apply for coaching, book a consultation, use our programs or app, or contact us, and how we use it. We do not sell your personal information.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, and your answers to our application and intake forms. These answers can include your training goals, history, schedule, and any health, injury, or lifestyle details you choose to share so we can coach you safely.
- Booking and payment information: consultation times you book, and billing details processed by our payment provider. We never store full card numbers.
- Coaching and app data: training logs, check-ins, progress photos, and messages you share with your specialist.
- Automatic information: basic device, browser, and usage data, and the page or campaign that referred you (for example, UTM tags), collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
- To review your application, schedule your consultation, and match you with the right specialist
- To deliver coaching, programs, and support, and to communicate with you about them
- To send updates, offers, and content you can opt out of at any time
- To process payments, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations
- To understand how people find and use Threxus so we can improve it
Email and text messages
We may email you about your application, appointments, coaching, and, if you have not opted out, news and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
If you give consent to receive text messages, we may text you about your application, appointment reminders, and coaching. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchase.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run Threxus, such as our CRM and booking platform (GoHighLevel), payment processor, coaching app, email provider, and website host, and only as needed to provide their services. We may also share information with the specialist assigned to you, if required by law, or as part of a merger, sale, or reorganization of our business.
Health information
Any health or injury information you share is used only to design and adjust your coaching. Threxus is not a healthcare provider, and this information is not treated as medical records. Share only what you are comfortable sharing.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are a client or prospect and for a reasonable period afterward for records, legal, and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or opt out of marketing, by emailing support@threxus.com. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them as required by law. We will not treat you differently for exercising them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Threxus is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version, and material changes will be posted here.
